Awards will be provided 3-deep in 5-year age groups starting at 19 & under and going all the way to 70+.
5 Aid Stations with water (2) with rest-rooms through-out the course.
Half-way aid station stocked with GU Energy drink, for runners needing that quick boost of added power.
Generous 4-hour time limit (Walkers Welcome…18 minute per mile pace or under)
