COVEATHLON is a short distance swim-run aquathlon 6 race series intended to give participants, beginners to advanced, the opportunity to train, compete, learn, and improve on their ocean swimming and beach and trail running techniques while bringing the community closer together with the Crystal Cove State Park, its Staff and CCSLA.
The COVEATHLON series allows athletes the chance to participate in a fun, safe, and competetive ocean swim ranging from 1/2 mile to 1k and run various routes throughout Crystal Cove State Park experiencing both the beautiful coastal bluff multi-use trail and the rugged Moro back country canyon trail from 2 miles to a full 5k.
