New trails, new distances! Rock It in Caspers Wilderness Park for 12K or 30K tough and technical miles!
- Date: Saturday, May 16, 2020.
- 30K start: 8:00
- 12K start: 8:30
- Awards: 10:30 AM for 12K and 11:30 AM for 30K (subject to change)
- Inclusions: Awesome custom race medal for all participants, high quality t-shirt, race photos, post-race snacks and sandwiches for 30Kers
- Prizes: Top 3 overall men and women finishers in the 12K and 30K race receive special awards and prizes.
- Age group awards three deep in the following categories: 9 and under, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

- We are a paper-cupless race. Every participant is required to carry his/her own water or container for water. There will be 3 refill stations on the 12K and 5 on the 30K course with water and sports drink. We DO NOT USE PAPER CUPS on our courses.
