This video shows me going through and describing my VO2 Max and Anaerobic Threshold testing done at Diaz Human Performance Elite Training Center in Camarillo. Richard Diaz owns and operates this facility. We tested my bike and running VO2 Max and Anaerobic Threshold since they can be very difference. After the test Diaz sat down with me and explained my numbers. Then we went over different training strategies.
I have used a heart rate monitor for years and had an idea of my training zones but not definitive, objective numbers. The proof will be in results. Now I will use the information Diaz gave me and start my new training regimen.
