This is a must-do race.
Swim – one loop, waves of about 70 people
Bike – scenic rolling hills, until mile 42 when you hit Nasty Grade (5 miles of climbing)
Run – about 8-9 miles are on dirt trails, and again, more hills
some of the same roads are used for the Tour of Cali
great course support with local college students
If you race the 70.3 on Saturday, and need to leave the campground to head home, you need to be out before the Olympic distance race starts on Sunday morning.
