The Love Run is one of the best organized events I have attended in all my years of running. You are instantly pulled in by the energy of the emcee and the local vendors which is only accentuated by a stellar group of athletes of all age groups. Everyone has a fit at this race. It is flat ideal course for the 5k, out and back. The 10k will have a new course this year and should also be mostly flat. My favorite part of this run is the cause! The exceptional people at Senior Concerns are continuing their care for our community and putting on this event to help our local seniors get the meals they need. Beautiful weather and atmosphere makes it a great day to do something positive for yourself and the community!
