I have ran in this 5k the last 2 years. Parking can be a bit tough. You need to get there early. The atmosphere is amazing! The pre-race booths are great. Everyone dresses up to show support. There is a lot of people so if you want to actually run it you will need to be in the front to start or you will find yourself trying to get around all of the walkers. Once you get out of the initial crowd, it is a bit easier. The course is great. The hill at the end is tough but there are many people rooting you on to finish. Just knowing what you are there for is enough to help you push through. The post race has some good booths, music and water. There isn’t too much traffic trying to get out of the area depending on where you parked.

This is a great race to run with a group.
