2012 was my first Surf City experience and it was fantastic. The course is breath taking. Who wouldn’t want to run along PCH staring out at the waves dotted with surfers? First thing I did when I got home from this race was tell all my running friends what a great course this was and that it should definitely be on their To Do list. I didn’t notice a ton of on-course entertainment but when you had the ocean to look at….who needed it. Definitely want to run this race again.
