This was such a wonderful surprise for a race! Knowing it was “inaugural” I was ready for lots of kinks to be found that needed to be worked out….Boy, was I wrong! The race organization was fantastic, there was plenty of parking (even if you did have to pay), volunteers seemed to all pretty much know exactly what was going on to answer your questions or bring you right to the person who could, and the course was awesome! One small detail that I loved was the signs at each aid station telling you how far it was to the next one so you didn’t have to have the course memorized in your head! Small details that make life so much easier for those running!
