You need a DNF as a choice for the Course. I thought the pre race was great! Expo ran smooth and the amount of runners was perfect. I was an unlucky runner who got hurt in the first mile. The hill we were running up wasn’t bad but I had a calf strain that decided to blow out on me during the start. I can say the medical staff was great and Sugar Ray, did a great job!
