This is a great race if you just want to have fun and run on Thanksgiving. However, It the course is very congested regardless of the wave you pick. I was pushed and tripped several times during the race which is just utter chaos. If you think because you wear a costume you will be in any race pics think again. It will only happen if you wear something stupid on your head. If you do that expect to see your picture about 10 times online. They said they hand out pies randomly to finishers but I wondered how some runners ended up with 2 pies and one person had 3. Do not run this race to PR it wont happen just run it for fun and great cause it supports.
