Over-hyped, under organized, oversold. This is my 10th half marathon and by far the WORST. Parking? Not as advertised on website ($7 packet pick up and $10 race day). $15 PER DAY! You had to go through a crowded Expo to pick up race numbers; Expo was mediocre at best. Insufficient porta-potties at beginning of race resulted in hundreds of people going off late. Foghorn only on first two waves, then organizers lost interest. Course was harder than advertised, of 13 miles probable that over half was uphill with last 4 miles or so VERY uphill. Ran out of cups early in race – inexcusable! Street conditions very poor. Post race area narrow and crowded. Organizers obviously accepted more registrations than their support team could handle. Nice medal but I won’t be doing this particular race again.
