The 5K Foam Fest is an absolute party!!! Great for all levels of skilled and beginner athletes alike. They have first aid and EMTs on site just in case, provide great swag and feed stations and most races offer a free beer! The DJ is fun, upbeat and hosts contests and minute-to-win-it type activities. Definitely an awesome alternative to your average mud run. Foam- such a clever idea! Bring on the slip ‘n slides!!
