Prizes and gifts courtesy of Run Santa Barbara and the State St. Arcade.Registration begins at 8 a.m. in the park just east of the Magnolia Shopping Center on Walnut Ave. Park in the Center and walk to the Registration/finish area for check in.This race event is a great chance to see friends home for the holiday.
