Funds raised during the Komen Race for the Cure® Series support the Komen vision of a world without breast cancer. In 2011, more than 22,000 participants raised $3 million from 20,000 of their family members, friends and colleagues, making Orange County’s Race for the Cure the largest event of its kind in Orange County.
