Pacific Coast Duathlon

Distance: 3 miles, 6 miles

The duathlon will start at the swim start area, run the length of the swim course on the sand, and up the ramp to T1. The rest of the course is identical to the triathlon. It will start 9 minutes after the first swim wave, so that it will be a race up the ramp…dus vs tris.
