With the new intermediate distance format, this 2k-40k-10k race will test your strength and endurance, but the beauty of the course and the spectacular finish down atthe water’s edge at Lake Mission Viejo, will put a smile back on your face.

Review

I’ve done the duathlon and triathlon at this event. I signed up for the duathlon because of an illness that prevented me from swimming the weeks leading up to the race. I like this race. The pre race runs pretty smoothly but there really isn’t much of an expo. The course is good. That is if you like hills! It’s a great challenge with the rolling hills of Mission Viejo. The race has a good vibe. Always on my calendar as a must do.
