Jump Start Your Heart 5K

Raise awareness and bring health, hope and happiness to children and families impacted by congenital heart defects. All proceeds go toward The Children\’s Heart Foundation.
This course in located along the boardwalk of beautiful Mission Bay. Aid Stations, public restrooms, and volunteers will line the course to make for a pleasant run along the water surrounded by palm trees.
We have designated heats for all registered participants. Your bib will be marked with your assigned heat. The heats will be separated into the following:
- Competitive Runners (includes chip timing)
- Joggers (optional chip timing)
- Walkers
