Review
Local 5k race in beautiful Claremont.
The course is a bit challenging because the end is all up hill
and it tends to be pretty hot on race day.
The packet pick up is easy. Parking is easy.
People are very nice.

The one big complain I have is the way they time this race: no chip, they actually used a stop watch. So results are not acurate. They have a guy standing in the middle at the finish line that “records” the time, my friend was actually grabbed by a woman working for the race as she was trying to sprint to the finsh, the woman grabbed her arm to direct her to “the chute”, we have it all on camera. I like to encourage local races so I do it every year anyway but there is room for improvement that is for sure.
