Celebration Run San Diego 1/2 Marathon & 8k route, a USATF certified course, follows a scenic and spectacular route that celebrates San Diego by incorporating a mix of city parks in Mission Bay. Runners will enjoy true California beauty, while experiencing the energy and excitement of the biggest celebration of the year!

There is a unique Southern California vibe in Mission Beach that you just can’t find anywhere else, offering lively and robust variety of activities in the sun, surf and sand, as well as a strong sense of community. From its beginnings in 1914 through today, Mission Beach is turning 100 years young and the spirit lives on!
