Cowboy or cowgirl it up! We are celebrating everything WESTERN. Country western bands and music. It’s not just a run, it is the cowboy round-up of the year. Learn to rope station, and try your turn at a mechanical bull. Best-themed WESTERN wear event shirts. Custom cast medal that turns into a belt buckle! NEW MEDAL DESIGN! Line dance warm-up area. 5K /10K age division awards. Top three overall trophies. RFID CHIP TIMED by Itz About Time. There is a Wild West in all of us. An extraordinary Caren Ware Event.

- 6:30 am Registration Opens/ EXPO begins. Same day packet pick-up and same-day registration sign-ups.
- 8:00 am Little Cowpoke Dash (200 and 400 yards) or 1 Mile Kid’s Fun Run
- 8:30 am 5K/10K Start
- 9:30 am 5k awards
- 9:45 am 10k Awards
