An intimate, unique and storied Half Marathon and Relay that promises to be a fairly tale event for the books. This picturesque route offers magical views, nostalgic landmarks and a wine festival finish line, for a race weekend experience that’s nothing short of whimsical.
THE WINDING ROAD
The Half Marathon and Relay both set off at the corner of Atterdag Rd and Laurel Ave past the Hans Christian Andersen Park and down into the beautiful Canyon.
You’ll run through Los Olivos, up and down Corkscrew Hill and past more than 7 stunning vineyards. You’ll become acquainted with endless colorful flora and encounter different fauna from bulls to butterflies.
FAIRYTALE ENDING
Cross the finish line in the center of Solvang, the Danish capital of America. Want to make things extra special? Add Wine to your entry! Sample, drink and enjoy the best local wines from the vineyards you just ran through at the Finish Line Wine Festival. A well-deserved reward and the best way to top off a magical weekend!
