JOIN THE PEACE, LOVE, FIT CHALLENGE
You have until March 18 to complete one of the challenges below:
Option 1: WALK/RUN
5K or Marathon: Available as a SOLO Challenge.
50, 100 or 150 miles: Available as a SOLO or TEAM Challenge.
SOLO CHALLENGE: Walk or run your distance on your own.
TEAM CHALLENGE: Form a team of up to 4 people. Your miles will be combined to complete the goal.
Option 2: BIKE
Ride 100 or 150 miles.
Option 3: ANY FITNESS ACTIVITY
SOLO CHALLENGE: Log 1,000 minutes of any fitness activity on your own.
TEAM CHALLENGE: Form a team of up to 4 people. Your minutes will be combined to complete the goal of 1,000 minutes.
Yoga, Dance, Tennis, Ski, Row, Swim, Skate, Elliptical, Jazzercise, CrossFit etc.
You name it! If it gets your heart going, it counts!
