Pacific Beach Half Marathon & 5K

The Pacific Beach Half Marathon & 5K is taking over Pacific Beach for an epic two-day race weekend on Saturday and Sunday, October 3-4, 2026. Rally your crew for this one-of-a-kind San Diego race! Come on out and join the party on the beach! 

The Half Marathon distance is a point-to-point race starting at Crown Point Park in Mission Bay Park and ending with an epic beachside finish in Pacific Beach! Runners will enjoy a scenic waterfront course where they will pass by Sea World, Hospitality Point, West Mission Bay Dr. Bridge and Mission Beach before finishing on Thomas Ave as it meets the Pacific Beach Boardwalk.

The 5K course will continue its tradition of taking place on Saturday as part of Pacific Beachfest and being 50% sand and 50% boardwalk, with the start and finish on the sand.
