Every run involves struggling through some type of pain.  Shin pain, a tight hamstring, sore ancle, etc…Does anyone else have a problem with their feet falling asleep?  Any ideas on how to combat the problem?  And FYI, the laces on the shoes are very loose already.

I get the same thing. Always assumed it was a circulation problem. I try to move my toes around in my shoes every once in awhile. Spread them out, curl them up and down, just to keep the blood flowing.

I don’t have the problem unless I’m running a half marathon or more. Although when I cycle I get sleepy toes often. Anyone help?
